Welcome!
This year's theme is The Fabric of Science Fiction. Woven from many fibers — facts and theories, fairy tales and rumors, gossamer threads of the mind’s fancy — Science Fiction and Fantasy warp the imagination by weaving intricate patterns that define who and what we are. We welcome you to the newest fabrication:

This winter at Arisia, representatives of the Caitlin Raymond International Registry and volunteers from the fannish community will be running an information table and registry drive. Registration itself is simple and painless: all you have to do is swab your cheek and fill out a form. To register you must be between the ages of 16 and 60 and in general good health.
Childcare is full!
Childcare (AKA Babysitting) is now full. We will not be taking any other children for childcare.
You are welcome to register your child as "kid in tow", but you'll need to keep them with you at all times.

Cosplay Costume Prom
Presidents Ballroom D
This is no ordinary prom; this is a formal dance, a costume party, and a rave all rolled into one. There will be prizes for best costume, best cosplayer, best couple, King and Queen of the prom, best dancer, best dressed, and most original. The prom will feature music for people of all ages, from classics to cutting edge. We might be calling it a prom, but that is just the cover name for the most fantastic opening night party Arisia attendees have ever seen!
Heinlein Society Blood Drive at Arisia 2009
We're back! Thanks to the wonderful response at Arisia '08, Massachusetts General Hospital is looking forward to coming back in '09 on Saturday. Not only that, but on Sunday we'll also welcome newcomers The Children's Hospital Bloodmobile!
