Arisia has one of the largest science fiction & fantasy Art Shows in the Northeast.
Because of our diverse community we will show works by new and upcoming artists as well as works by established artists in the fields of Science Fiction and Fantasy. Most of these works will be available for sale to members of the convention and will range in price from one dollar to thousands of dollars, as set by their creators. Work will be both two dimensional and three dimensional, shown on hangings, or tables, or very occasionally on the floor. You can't beat our show for variety and interest.
Please set aside at least two hours during your convention experience to come and see the Art Show. You'll be glad you did!
To go along with our popular quicksale option, we're adding the option of proxy bidding to this year's art show silent auction. With a proxy bid, you don't have to make it to the top of the hotel at the exact moment the silent auctions close. Of course, traditional bidding will still be available as well.
The art show is currently full. Exhibiting artists may wish to refer to the letter to artists [1] (pdf [2]), art show rules and fees [3] (pdf [4]), or space reservation form [5]. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask at artshow@arisia.org [6].
If you're an author, artist, small book or game publisher, we have a few tables available in an open area on the same floor as the Dealers Row. In "Pros(e) on the Balcony", you can rent a table for a couple of hours to promote yourself.
For more info, please see the Pros(e) on the Balcony [9] web page.
