Fan Tables

What you did?
Scheduled fan groups into tables, lay out signs.

What went right?
The tables in Crows Nest got a lot of traffic.

What went wrong?
The tables in the Lobby didn’t get much use and ended up as fan lounging space, or freebie space. There was confusion with multiple people inviting fan groups. It was unclear whether movie give-aways were a fan table thing. Lack of communication.

What should be done differently next year?
More clarity as to who gets a fan table. Fan table person needs to pay attention before December.

What sort of schedule/timeline did you use?
None

Are the any changes you'd make to the schedule for next year?
Start much earlier

Vendors you used?
None

Experiments to try next year?
Think more about Crows’ Nest table arrangements; they were sometimes a bottleneck. Use Lobby area for LARP, not 3—too much traffic.
